At Pink Piglet you'll be working closely with our founder, Millie. Bespoke is an intimate collaboration. Whether reimagining a sentimental piece or creating something entirely new, each commission is designed with precision, artistry and intention.

Every bespoke project is handcrafted in the UK and guided personally from concept to completion.

01. Initial Consultation

The process begins with a private consultation, either virtually or in person. During this conversation, we discuss inspiration, occasions, budget parameters and any reference imagery. If the piece involves heirloom stones or existing jewellery, we assess suitability and design direction.

Following the consultation, a design brief is established.

02. Design & Concept Development

Initial sketches and material suggestions are presented based on your brief. We explore:

  • Metal options (solid gold, vermeil, sterling silver)

  • Stone selections and sourcing

  • Scale and proportion

  • Wearability and longevity

A refined concept is agreed before moving into production planning.

03. Quotation & Deposit

Once the final design is approved, a detailed quotation is provided outlining materials, craftsmanship and timeline.

A 50% deposit secures your commission and allows work to begin.

04. Craftsmanship & Creation

Your piece is handmade by us in Hatton Garden. Depending on the complexity, this stage typically takes 4–8 weeks.

For high-value commissions, progress imagery can be provided upon request.

05. Final Approval & Delivery

The completed piece is presented for final approval. The remaining balance is due prior to dispatch.

All bespoke pieces are delivered in our packaging and can be gift-wrapped on request.

Timeframes

Bespoke pieces require approximately 4–8 weeks from design approval. For time-sensitive occasions, please enquire as early as possible.
